The problem

COR® is now the price of admission.

The City of Toronto, Metrolinx, Infrastructure Ontario, and the TTC all require COR® as a pre-qualification on their projects. York Region has mandated it on projects over $150,000 since 2017. More GCs and owners add it every year. No certificate, no bid.

Your two options today: pay a consultant $10,000–$25,000 to build your program for you — or open IHSA's audit tool cold and try to reverse-engineer hundreds of requirements with no roadmap.

There was no middle option. Now there is.

COR®-certified employers may also qualify for rebates through WSIB's Health and Safety Excellence program — many firms recover far more than the cost of getting certified.

What's included

Everything the audit asks for. In order. Done for you to customize.

  1. Gap Analysis Self-Assessment

Find out exactly where you stand against every audit element before you spend a dollar.

  2. Complete Documentation Library

Every policy, procedure, form, and register the audit tool asks for — pre-written for Ontario (OHSA/WSIB-aligned), editable in Word, mapped question-by-question to the published audit instrument.

  3. The 12-Month Implementation Roadmap

COR® requires a functioning program with real records — not a binder you bought last week. Month-by-month: what to implement, which records to generate, when to book IHSA training, when to schedule your internal audit.

  4. Evidence Binder Checklists

For every element: what the auditor will ask to see, which form produces it, and how many months of records you need.

  5. Interview Prep Guides

Auditors interview your workers and supervisors. Prep sheets so your crew isn't blindsided.

  6. Mock Internal Audit Kit

Rehearse against the same structure the real audit uses. Find your weak elements before IHSA does.

  7. Process & Cost Guide

Registration, required IHSA training, realistic timelines, and the real all-in cost — no surprises.

  8. 12 Months of Updates Included

When IHSA revises the standard or tools, your materials get updated.

Why CORReady

Built by a contractor, not a consultant.

CORReady was built by the owner of a GTA construction services company — someone who has lived vendor prequalifications, WSIB, and safety documentation from the contractor's side of the table. This isn't consulting hours in disguise. It's the system we wished existed: fixed price, everything included, no phone calls required.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Is this a guaranteed pass?

No — and be careful with anyone who promises that. COR® audits score your documentation AND real-world interviews and site observations — the pass mark is 80% overall, with a minimum of 65% on every element and 100% on items tied to legislated requirements. What CORReady does is make sure your documentation is engineered against the published standard and your records exist when audit day comes. The roadmap is how the interview and observation parts take care of themselves.

Do I still need IHSA training?

Yes. IHSA requires prescribed training (including your internal auditor). Only IHSA delivers it. Our roadmap tells you exactly which courses and when to book them — the training fees go to IHSA, not us.

How long does COR® certification take?

Typically 12+ months, because the program requires a functioning system with real records — this is true no matter who you hire. Our roadmap is built around that timeline so no month is wasted.

Is this affiliated with IHSA?

No. CORReady is an independent preparation system built against IHSA's publicly available COR® 2020 standard and audit materials. COR® is a registered trademark of its owners. We are not affiliated with, approved by, or endorsed by IHSA or the CFCSA.

I'm in Alberta / BC — what about SECOR?

SECOR is a small-employer program in Alberta and BC (Ontario doesn't have one — companies of any size do full COR® through IHSA). Provincial editions including SECOR are on our roadmap — join the waitlist and pick your province; demand decides what we build next.

What if the standard changes?

Your purchase includes 12 months of updates. After that, an optional update subscription keeps you current through your 3-year certification cycle and maintenance audits.

What format is it?

Editable Word documents, Excel trackers and checklists, and PDF guides. Instant download. Yours to customize with your company name and logo.

What about AuditSoft?

Ontario COR® 2020 audits run through the AuditSoft platform. CORReady includes plain-English guidance on where AuditSoft fits, what it costs, and how your evidence maps into it.

What's the refund policy on reservations?

Full refund, any time before delivery, no questions. You're reserving a launch discount, not taking a risk.
